Starting from a small loft office, Reliance made significant strides by relocating to a spacious full-floor facility. In 1999, the company achieved a pivotal milestone with its move to a 20,000-square-foot property in Kowloon Bay.

This expansive facility not only provides ample storage space but also features a large indoor parking area, enabling all-weather operations and significantly enhancing logistical efficiency and security. This strategic expansion has empowered Reliance to strengthen its capabilities and offer a broader range of high-quality services to our customers.

In 1990, Reliance pioneered the introduction of distinctive stacking crates as an alternative to traditional cardboard boxes, significantly reducing packaging waste. Over the years, these crates have become recognized as Reliance's iconic asset.

Reliance's proactive approach has enabled the savings of over 200,000 cardboard boxes and the establishment of a sustainable recycling system. The stacking crates not only reinforce Reliance's commitment to environmental sustainability but also provide customers with effective packaging that enhances logistical security.
